What people actually ask.
What if my neighbor cancels?
If your home ends up the only one on the street that day, the standard rate applies — but we tell you before the visit, not after, and you can move your date or cancel free. Nobody gets surprise-billed.
Do we have to book the same time slot?
No. Same street, same day is all it takes. We work down the street in order and text each home its own two-hour window.
Can three or four homes get a better rate than $69?
$69 is the rate whether it’s two homes or ten. We’d rather keep one honest number than run a sliding scale nobody can verify.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need the gate unlocked or the code, and access to the controller. You get a text summary when we’re done.
