Why the pressure rule matters

Volume clears a line. Pressure cracks fittings and melts rotor gear drives. Plenty of outfits show up with a small compressor and make up the difference by cranking the regulator.

We tow a 185 CFM unit so we never have to. It costs us more per day, and it is the entire reason your system opens clean in April.

What people actually ask.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need access to the controller and the backyard. Leave the gate unlocked or send us the code and we will text you a summary when we pull out of the driveway.

When is it too late?

In Metro Detroit the first hard freeze usually lands in the first half of November, and it does not warn you. Anything still holding water when the ground freezes is at risk. October is the window.

What if my system was already drained?

Draining is not the same as blowing it out. Gravity leaves water sitting in low heads, laterals and the backflow assembly. That trapped water is what splits a fitting.

What if you break something?

You see a photo and we make it right. Broken heads are the most common find, they are usually already broken and hidden under mulch, and we will show you rather than just add it to a bill.

How do I pay?

After the work, not before. Card, check or cash. Booking here charges you nothing.

Can my neighbor and I book together?

Yes, and it is cheaper. Two or more homes on the same street the same day is $69 each. Put their address in the notes and we will call them to confirm.
